Acceptable Use
FAIFA Scores provides football scores, standings, fixtures, news, transfers, statistics, and related sports content for personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or interfere with other users or our staff.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications through or about the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the Service using automated means, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that respects applicable robots rules.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
- Access or use our APIs, backends, or infrastructure in an unauthorized manner.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the Service or related systems.
- Copy, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
FAIFA Scores, including its name, logos, brand marks, user interface, design system, original editorial presentation, and other original materials, are owned by FAIFA Scores or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reproduce, or create derivative works from our branding, UI, or original content without our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, club crests, competition marks, and similar assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and informational purposes within the Service.
Sports Data & Accuracy
Football scores, standings, fixtures, statistics, lineups, news, transfers, and related sports information shown in FAIFA Scores are supplied through licensed third-party providers via our backend.
Live sports data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate due to upstream provider issues, network conditions, match-day volatility, or technical faults.
We work to present information reliably, but we do not guarantee that any score, statistic, schedule, or alert is complete, real-time, or error-free.
Do not rely on FAIFA Scores as the sole source of truth for betting, gambling, financial decisions, or any emergency or time-critical purpose.
Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers, including:
- API-Football — sports data used to power scores, fixtures, standings, and related football information through our backend.
- Supabase — authentication, database, and related backend services used to operate accounts and preferences.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAIFA Scores disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content or sports data will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FAIFA Scores and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation where such exclusion is prohibited.
Termination
You may stop using FAIFA Scores at any time and may delete your account as described above.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, including your account, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service in whole or in part.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Where required or appropriate, we may provide additional notice.
Your continued use of FAIFA Scores after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
